Time scale: as soon as possible – one off donation Where: South West Cameroon, Central Africa Opportunity details: To raise funds for the the school, eg:- buy a set of text books for a class – £75; sponsor meals for the children for one week – £150. sponsor a deaf child for one year - £300, 102 pupils, aged between 3 and 25 years, are enrolled in a boarding school for deaf children. Most of the pupils come from poor families who cannot afford all the school fees. The school is seeking funds to build a new school campus which will expand opportunities for deaf children.
